Tawyna is one of our proctors who is most definitely used to a fast-paced environment. Not only is she a proctor, but she is also a shift supervisor at Starbucks and a mother of two. Tawyna started working for B Virtual in June of 2016 but has watched the company grow for years. “I just love the atmosphere of B Virtual from our proctors to our management staff, we sure do have a great team”, said Tawyna.
One of Tawyna’s favorite things about working for B Virtual is the customer service. “Customer service is my thing”, she added. “I like to make the people writing their exams a lot less stressed”.
When Tawyna is not busy proctoring students and saving people’s lives one coffee at a time, she enjoys relaxing, playing with her dog and visiting her two grandchildren when she can.
Tawyna is one of the best problem solvers on the team. She will always go the extra mile to try troubleshooting, and all that she can before including our extremely helpful technical support team. This ties in with another factor she really admires about B Virtual which is teamwork. “Everyone is always there to help not only the students but one another; you do not see that with all companies”, she expresses.
